Back Pain Relief
Back pain can disrupt every part of your life—from work to sleep to simple daily tasks. At The Remedy Chiropractic, we specialize in gentle, targeted adjustments that address the root cause of your discomfort, not just the symptoms.

Personal Injury Chiropractic
Our personal injury chiropractic services in Fayetteville, GA are designed to help you heal safely, effectively, and naturally after accidents such as auto collisions, slips and falls, or workplace injuries. We specialize in identifying and correcting spinal misalignments, soft tissue damage, and nerve interference that often result from traumatic impact—even when pain isn’t immediately present.
Our goal is to reduce inflammation, restore mobility, and prevent long-term complications. Whether you're dealing with whiplash, back pain, joint stiffness, or recurring headaches, we offer customized treatment plans that support both pain relief and full functional recovery.
Prenatal Chiropractic Care
Prenatal chiropractic care is a safe, natural way to support both mother and baby throughout pregnancy. In Fayetteville, Georgia, we offer specialized care focused on reducing discomfort, improving pelvic alignment, and creating the optimal environment for fetal development.
By gently relieving pressure on the spine and nervous system, prenatal chiropractic can ease common pregnancy symptoms like back pain, sciatica, and hip tightness—while also helping promote smoother labor and delivery.
Migraine Headache Treatments
Chiropractic care offers a drug-free, long-term solution for migraine and tension headaches by addressing misalignments in the spine that can irritate nerves and restrict blood flow. Gentle adjustments help reduce the frequency, severity, and duration of migraines by restoring balance to the nervous system.
Many patients experience fewer flare-ups, improved sleep, and better quality of life—all without relying on painkillers or temporary fixes. If you’re tired of living around your migraines, it’s time to treat the source, not just the symptoms.
Sports Related Injuries
Sports injuries can disrupt your training, performance, and daily movement. The Remedy Chiropractic helps you recover faster by addressing the root cause—whether it’s joint misalignment, muscle imbalance, or nerve irritation. We use targeted adjustments and soft tissue therapy to reduce pain, restore mobility, and speed up healing.
Whether you're a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, our goal is to get you back in the game quickly and safely while helping prevent future injuries.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing in damaged tissues. It’s especially effective for chronic conditions like plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, shoulder pain, and stubborn muscle knots that haven’t responded to other treatments. By increasing blood flow and breaking down scar tissue, shockwave therapy accelerates recovery and relieves pain at the source.
At The Remedy in Fayetteville, GA - Many patients experience noticeable improvement after just a few sessions, with minimal discomfort and no downtime. It’s a powerful option for those looking to avoid surgery or long-term medication use, and it pairs well with chiropractic adjustments for even better results.
Chiropratic Techniques We Use
-
CMRT Technique
Chiropractic Manipulative Reflex Technique (CMRT) is a specialized, hands-on method that targets the body’s organ and gland reflex points through gentle spinal and soft tissue manipulation. By addressing specific nerve pathways tied to visceral function, CMRT can help improve digestion, hormone balance, immune response, and overall internal health—making it a powerful complement to structural chiropractic care.
At The Remedy Chiropractic in Fayetteville, GA, CMRT is used to identify and correct stress patterns that traditional adjustments may overlook. This approach allows us to support not just pain relief, but full-body wellness by restoring proper neurological communication between the spine and the organs it controls. It’s precise, effective, and deeply integrative.
-
Thompson Technique
The Thompson Technique is a chiropractic method that uses a specialized drop table to deliver precise, low-force adjustments. The table’s sections gently give way beneath targeted areas of the body, allowing for controlled correction with minimal pressure. This makes it ideal for patients who prefer a softer approach or have sensitivity due to injury or age.
At our Fayetteville, GA clinic, we use the Thompson Technique to improve spinal alignment, reduce nerve irritation, and restore proper function—without aggressive twisting or popping. It’s a comfortable and highly effective method trusted by chiropractors for decades.
-
Diversified Technique
The Diversified Technique is the most widely used chiropractic adjustment method, known for its precise, high-velocity manual thrusts that restore proper movement to spinal joints. It targets misalignments in the spine and extremities to improve range of motion, reduce nerve interference, and relieve pain quickly and effectively.
At The Remedy Chiropractic, we use Diversified adjustments as part of customized care plans for patients in Fayetteville, GA and surrounding areas. Whether you're dealing with back pain, neck stiffness, or joint dysfunction, this technique delivers fast, reliable results with a personalized, hands-on approach.
-
Craniosacral Technique
The Craniosacral Technique is a gentle, hands-on therapy that focuses on the subtle rhythms of the cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By applying light pressure to the skull, spine, and sacrum, this technique helps release tension deep within the body, improving the function of the central nervous system and promoting natural healing.
In Fayetteville, GA, patients turn to The Remedy Chiropractic for craniosacral therapy when dealing with chronic headaches, stress, TMJ dysfunction, or nervous system imbalance. It’s a calming, non-invasive technique that supports overall wellness and can be especially beneficial for those sensitive to traditional chiropractic adjustments.
